'Legal Eagle' Inspirational, Touching
Thank you so much for printing the story, "Legal Eagle," about Associate Circuit Judge Sabita Singh. She is beautiful, smart, successful and, most of all, positive. Her story about getting cancer was so inspirational and so touching that I purchased a bunch of your magazines and passed it out to all my female friends.
Do you know any resources specifically for Indians with cancer and/or those who support those with cancer?

Don't Make Excuses
I think Virbin Randhawa paints a pretty grim picture of marriage in her article entitled, "Changing Perceptions of Marriage and Divorce." I think she suggests that marriages are doomed to fail today due to the 75 percent statistic that suggests most married couples cheat. We all know most people who cheat won't openly admit it, even for a survey that they've done so. So how accurate is that fact?
Also, suggesting that opportunity is a negative thing, which is partly to fault for the brewing problem, is absurd. We are Indians, strong and survivors. We don't need to fall down just because a little temptation is thrown our way. That has far more to do with the individual person's ethics than anything to do with his/her culture.
Being Indian, we should respect our partners, be faithful and loving. I don't believe marriage is becoming such a wasted effort, as suggested in this article. I believe in marriage fully and think Indians and non-Indians alike shouldn't make any excuses for not fulfilling their marital obligations.

'Designer Desis' Informative
I had no idea that desis designed anything at all. Thanks for the issue about Designer Accents and the Top Ten Designers. I feel like I learned a lot.

'Entrée' Recipe a Hit
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say I really like the Entrée features in the magazine. I just read "Silent Mantra of Palo Alto's Fusion Cuisine" and tried the Paneer Cuboid. It was the talk of a recent party when I arrived with this side dish. It was fabulous. Keep up the good work.

'Hopscotch' Entertaining, Below the Radar
Let me start with by saying that I'm not a fan of Anand Jon at all, but I wanted to say the article was interesting and I learned more about the "non-criminal" parts of his life. If I were running the magazine, I would have pulled every issue off the stand, but then again, he wasn't arrested until after it was out.
On a lighter note, the little Hopscotch pieces are very entertaining. Where do you get so many unknown snippets? I thought I was on top of Indian news, but these things are stories running below the radar.
I have some suggestions for future stories. Where do I send them?

Happy Over Move to Online
I love your print edition of the magazine. It's so high quality and the photos are so vivid, but I'm personally glad to see your move online.
I get all my news online nowadays and I will be able to send your stories more easily to my friends back in India now. Please sign me up for your e-newsletter.
